What does the free score actually tell me?

It shows your competitiveness across 23 specialties based on your Step 2 score, clinical grades, research level, and school type — scored the way residents on admissions committees actually weigh those factors. It's a fast read on where you stand before you invest time or money.

How accurate is it?

The free score uses a subset of the signals programs evaluate. It's a strong directional indicator, but it doesn't account for individual clerkship grades, sub-I performance, school tier advantage, red flags, or ERAS signal strategy — all of which are included in the Full Report.

Is my data saved anywhere?

Your form data is transmitted to our servers to generate your score — it is not kept in your browser only. It is processed through our proprietary scoring algorithm and AI system (Anthropic's Claude). Our methodology — including the scoring weights, specialty benchmarks, and evaluation framework — is embedded in this process and is not replicable by simply entering your data into a general AI tool. If you provide an email address, your name and email are stored in our email marketing platform (Loops.so) so we can send you follow-up information. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes — you can retake it as many times as you'd like. Just go back to the free score page and submit again.

What's included in the Full Report?

Your Full Report includes a White Coat Score breakdown across Academics, Clinical, Research, and Narrative; your match probability calibrated to national outcomes data for your specialty; a risk profile identifying red flags before programs see them; a real program list of 15–24 programs by name across Reach, Target, and Safety; and an ERAS signal strategy with exact gold and silver signal allocations.

How is the Full Report different from the free score?

The free score uses 5 inputs. The Full Report uses 20+ — including individual clerkship grades, sub-I performance, AOA/GHHS status, publication count and type, away rotations, school tier, home program advantage, and red flags. It also gives you a concrete program list and signal strategy, not just a competitiveness level.

Can I run the Full Report more than once?

Each report is a one-time generation at $49. There are no re-runs at this price, so review every field carefully before submitting. If you need a new report with updated information, you'll need to purchase again.

Is my Full Report data saved?

Your form data is transmitted to our servers for AI processing and is not stored long-term. Your email and name are stored in our email marketing platform (Loops.so) so we can send you the report and relevant follow-ups. Report content is delivered to your inbox via email — we recommend saving that email or the attached PDF, as we do not have a way to re-send it after delivery.

How long does it take to complete the Full Report form?

About 3–5 minutes. The form covers your exam scores, clerkship grades, research, clinical experience, honors, and intended specialty — have those details handy before you start.

What is your refund policy for the Full Report?

When does my engagement start?

Your engagement begins as soon as you submit the application form and we confirm availability. We'll reach out within 1–2 business days to schedule your onboarding call and get started.

What if I'm not in application season yet?

That's actually ideal. Starting early — even in MS2 or MS3 — means we can shape your application strategy from the ground up rather than reacting to a file that's already been built. The Longitudinal package is specifically designed for this.

Do you work with DO and IMG applicants?

Yes. Our analysis and consulting are fully calibrated for DO and IMG applicants. The Premier package is specifically designed for complex situations including IMGs, dual specialty applicants, and those with red flags.

Who are your advisers?

All advisers are resident physicians currently serving on admissions committees at their programs. They are reading files like yours right now — which means their guidance reflects how programs actually evaluate applicants today, not years ago.

Which consulting package is right for me?

Essentials is designed for straightforward US MD/DO single-specialty applicants. Complete adds full-cycle strategy and unlimited access for competitive applicants. Premier is built for complex situations — IMGs, red flags, dual specialty, or TY/PY. Longitudinal is for MS1/MS2 students who want to build a competitive application from the ground up. Not sure? What is The Access Commitment?

For every 10 students who work with us on consulting, we provide one full consulting package at no cost to a student who needs it. It's a commitment we made at the start — access to expert guidance shouldn't be determined by who can afford it.

How do I apply?

There's no formal application. Just reach out through our contact form and tell us your situation honestly. Our founders review every request personally. We'll follow up if we'd like to learn more.

What are the eligibility criteria?

Selection is based on financial need and individual circumstance. There are no academic cutoffs or score thresholds — this isn't a merit scholarship. It's for applicants who genuinely can't afford the guidance they need.

Is selection guaranteed?

No. Submitting a request does not guarantee selection. We can only fulfill a limited number of spots per cycle, and all decisions are made at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.

Which package would I receive?

Recipients typically receive the Complete package. In some cases we may offer a different package based on your stage and situation — we'll discuss that with you directly if selected.
